Herradura Directo de Alambique Blanco Tequila, 1 x 700ml

The fourth release from the Herradura Coleccion de la Casa range is the Directo de Alambique expression. This tequila has been made with 100% blue agave and fermented using natural yeast, which is pretty darn uncommon in the tequila world. Following its distillation, this has been bottled at a generous 55% ABV, again rather uncommon in the tequila world. Fascinating stuff.
