At Liquor One Inc, we deliver fine wine, spirits, bourbon, beer, and premium drinks to customers across the United States, where permitted by applicable law. This policy explains where we ship, how much delivery costs, how long delivery may take, and the age-verification rules that apply to every order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcohol. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and an adult signature are required for every delivery and in-store pickup.

We cannot deliver to any location where the sale, shipment, or delivery of alcohol is restricted or prohibited by state or local law.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free-delivery thresholds are based on the order subtotal after any discounts and before tax.
Order Processing & Handling
Orders are reviewed, age-screened, and carefully packed before they leave our store. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time, on Sundays, or on holidays may be prepared the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when your order is dispatched, out for delivery, or ready for pickup.
Age Verification & Adult Signature 21+
Federal and state laws require us to verify that alcohol is sold and delivered only to adults aged 21 or older. For every delivery and pickup:
The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
An adult signature is required upon delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, in a mailbox, at a doorstep, or with anyone who cannot show valid ID.
We will not release an order to anyone who appears to be under 21 and cannot provide valid ID, or to anyone who appears intoxicated.
If an eligible adult is not available to receive and sign for the order, delivery cannot be completed.
Areas & Addresses We Cannot Serve
We cannot ship or deliver to locations where alcohol delivery is prohibited by state or local law.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, or unattended drop points.
We cannot complete delivery if a valid 21+ adult signature is not available.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive email updates as your order is confirmed, prepared, and dispatched. For shipped orders, tracking details may be provided where available so you can follow your order until delivery.
Missed Deliveries
Because an adult signature is required, please make sure someone 21 or older will be available at the delivery address. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier or our team may contact you to arrange another attempt.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our store. A re-delivery fee or partial refund, less shipping and handling costs, may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@liquoroneinc.com or +1 407-293-3039. Please include your order number and a photo of any damage.
We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Weather & Holiday Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, and holidays may affect delivery timelines. We’ll keep you informed if your order is affected.
