Shipping & Delivery Policy<\/p>

At Liquor One Inc, we deliver fine wine, spirits, bourbon, beer, and premium drinks to customers in the Orlando, Florida area , where permitted by applicable law. This policy explains where we ship, how much delivery costs, how long delivery may take, and the age-verification rules that apply to every order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.<\/p>

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcohol. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and an adult signature are required for every delivery and in-store pickup.<\/p>

Where We Deliver<\/p>

We deliver <\/span>throughout the state of <\/span>Florida. Orders in the <\/span>Orlando area are <\/span>fulfilled by local delivery, <\/span>and orders elsewhere in <\/span>Florida are shipped <\/span>via licensed carrier <\/span>with Adult Signature <\/span>21+ required upon <\/span>delivery. In-store pickup <\/span>is also available at <\/span>6566 Old Winter Garden <\/span>Rd, Orlando, FL <\/span>32835. We do not ship <\/span>alcohol outside the state <\/span>of Florida.<\/span><\/p>

We cannot deliver to any location where the sale, shipment, or delivery of alcohol is restricted or prohibited by state or local law.<\/p>

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free-delivery thresholds are based on the order subtotal after any discounts and before tax.<\/p>

Order Processing & Handling<\/p>

Orders are reviewed, age-screened, and carefully packed before they leave our store. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time, on Sundays, or on holidays may be prepared the next business day.<\/p>

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when your order is dispatched, out for delivery, or ready for pickup.<\/p>

Age Verification & Adult Signature 21+<\/p>

Federal and state laws require us to verify that alcohol is sold and delivered only to adults aged 21 or older. For every delivery and pickup:<\/p>

The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver\u2019s license, state ID, or passport.<\/p>

An adult signature is required upon delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, in a mailbox, at a doorstep, or with anyone who cannot show valid ID.<\/p>

We will not release an order to anyone who appears to be under 21 and cannot provide valid ID, or to anyone who appears intoxicated.<\/p>

If an eligible adult is not available to receive and sign for the order, delivery cannot be completed.<\/p>

Areas & Addresses We Cannot Serve<\/p>

We cannot ship or deliver to locations where alcohol delivery is prohibited by state or local law.<\/p>

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, or unattended drop points.<\/p>

We cannot complete delivery if a valid 21+ adult signature is not available.<\/p>

Order Tracking<\/p>

You\u2019ll receive email updates as your order is confirmed, prepared, and dispatched. For shipped orders, tracking details may be provided where available so you can follow your order until delivery.<\/p>

Missed Deliveries<\/p>

Because an adult signature is required, please make sure someone 21 or older will be available at the delivery address. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier or our team may contact you to arrange another attempt.<\/p>

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our store. A re-delivery fee or partial refund, less shipping and handling costs, may apply.<\/p>

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items<\/p>

We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@liquoroneinc.com or +1 407-293-3039. Please include your order number and a photo of any damage.<\/p>

We\u2019ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.<\/p>

Weather & Holiday Delays<\/p>

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, and holidays may affect delivery timelines. We\u2019ll keep you informed if your order is affected.<\/p>
