When Kaveh Zamanian \u2015 a successful clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst at the time \u2015 met his wife Heather, he decided to switch careers. He moved to Kentucky and founded his own spirits company: Rabbit Hole. Rabbit Hole Distillery crafts modern bourbon with a vision of challenging the status quo within bourbon. Rabbit Hole Founder’s Collection: Raceking Double Chocolate Malt Bourbon Whiskey is no different. It starts with 5 distinct grains (70% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted rye, 4% chocolate malted wheat, and 3% chocolate malted barley) and 3 different malts. The whiskey is matured in handcrafted, wood-fired, toasted, and charred casks for 6 years before being bottled non-chill filtered at a cask strength of 109.8 proof.
