1. Accepted Payment Methods

Liquor One Inc accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

In-store only: Cash, contactless tap, and accepted card payments.

We do not accept gift cards from other retailers, personal checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, or store credit toward online orders unless explicitly issued by Liquor One Inc.

2. When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place the order. We do not split charges or invoice after delivery.

If your card declines, the order is not created and no goods are reserved.

3. Pre-Authorization Holds

Some card issuers may place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your account when an order is initiated.

If the order does not complete due to a declined card, address validation failure, age-verification issue, or checkout error, the hold typically clears within 1–7 business days.

Liquor One Inc does not control the timing of pre-authorization releases. Please contact your bank or card issuer for specific details.

4. Currency

All prices, fees, and totals are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

If your bank converts the transaction to another currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fees are set by your bank, not by Liquor One Inc.

5. Sales Tax & Applicable Alcohol Taxes

Applicable sales tax, local tax, and any required alcohol-related taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable law.

Taxes are itemized separately on your order confirmation where required.

For Florida orders, applicable Florida sales tax and county discretionary surtax may apply. Alcohol-related excise taxes may be included in retail pricing where required by law.

6. Billing Address & Verification

Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer.

We may use Address Verification Service, CVV verification, fraud-prevention checks, and age-verification tools to help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions.

Mismatched billing addresses are a common cause of declined payments, so please double-check your details before submitting your order.

7. Payment Security & PCI Compliance

All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

Liquor One Inc does not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. Payment data is encrypted and tokenized through the payment processor.

For your protection, we may use additional fraud-prevention tools such as 3-D Secure, device checks, transaction monitoring, and manual order review.

Suspicious orders may be held, cancelled, or refunded before fulfillment.

8. Saved Payment Methods

If you choose to save a card to your customer account, only a tokenized payment reference is stored with the payment processor. We do not store the actual card number or CVV.

You may remove a saved payment method from your account settings where available.

9. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

The order is not created.

No inventory is reserved.

You may be returned to checkout with a payment error message.

Common reasons for declined payments include insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing address, CVV mismatch, issuer-blocked transaction, or fraud-prevention review.

If the issue continues, please contact your bank or card issuer.

10. Pricing Changes

Prices on liquoroneinc.com may change without notice.

The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted.

If a clear pricing error is identified after order placement, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order before fulfillment.

11. Promotional Codes & Gift Cards

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless explicitly stated.

Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Gift cards or store credit issued by Liquor One Inc may be applied according to their stated terms.

If an eligible item is refunded after being paid for partially with a gift card or store credit, that portion may be refunded back to gift card or store credit balance first.

12. Receipts & Invoices

An itemized receipt is emailed automatically when your order is placed.

A second confirmation or shipping email may be sent when your order is dispatched, delivered, or ready for pickup.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at sales@liquoroneinc.com or +1 407-293-3039.

We will review legitimate billing issues as quickly as possible.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks, including false non-receipt claims for orders delivered with adult signature confirmation, may be disputed with the card processor using available delivery and transaction evidence.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Refunds typically appear within 7–15 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

15. Cancellation

You may cancel an order for a full refund before it has been dispatched or picked up by the carrier or local delivery driver.

To request cancellation, email sales@liquoroneinc.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it moves to the standard returns and refunds process.
