5.1 Order Acceptance. All orders placed on this website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as:

5.3 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5.4 Taxes. Applicable state and local sales taxes and any required alcohol-related taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and displayed before payment is completed.

5.5 Payment Methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

5.6 Fraud Prevention. We reserve the right to verify payment information and to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent. If fraud is suspected, we may report the matter to appropriate authorities.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Service Area. Liquor One Inc ships across the United States, where permitted by applicable law. All shipments are subject to the alcohol shipping laws of the destination state and local jurisdiction.

We do not ship to any state, county, city, or locality where receipt of alcohol purchased online is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving an alcohol shipment is legal in your state and local jurisdiction before placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, address issues, or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.

6.3 Restricted Destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, unattended drop points, dry counties, dry cities, or jurisdictions that prohibit the receipt of alcohol shipments. Orders placed to restricted destinations may be cancelled and refunded.

6.4 Age Verification at Delivery. All deliveries require an adult signature from a person 21 years of age or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID. If no eligible adult is present to sign at the time of delivery, the package will not be left unattended. Redelivery or pickup arrangements may be required, and additional fees may apply.

6.5 Order Processing. Orders are reviewed, age-screened, and packed before dispatch. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed the next business day.

6.6 Carriers. Orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS where permitted, courier partners, or other alcohol-compliant carriers. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on the delivery location and shipping requirements.

6.7 Tracking. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information may be sent once your order has been dispatched.

6.8 Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Liquor One Inc is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information submitted by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply for packages returned due to address errors.

6.9 Shipping Costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, weight, and selected shipping method. Any free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

SECTION 7 — IN-STORE PICKUP

7.1 Orders placed for in-store pickup may be ready the same day during business hours, subject to product availability and order review.

7.2 A valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older is required at pickup. No exceptions.

7.3 Store hours may vary by day, season, and public holiday. Please check the website or contact the store directly before visiting.

7.4 Unclaimed pickup orders may be held for a limited period. After that period, the order may be cancelled and refunded, minus any applicable processing or restocking fees.

SECTION 8 — REFUNDS & RETURNS

8.1 Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable law, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products.

8.2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@liquoroneinc.com or +1 407-293-3039. Please include your order number and photos where possible. We will review the issue and may resolve it through replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

8.3 Lost Shipments. If tracking confirms a shipment is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a suitable resolution.

8.4 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments. If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable due to failed age verification, incorrect address, delivery refusal, or inability to obtain an adult signature, original shipping charges may be non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.

8.5 Cancelled Orders. Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be cancelled.

9.1 Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to their own terms and validity periods as stated at the time of issue.
