Blue Spot is an Irish whiskey that’s triple-distilled from both malted and unmalted barley using a traditional pot still. The whiskey matures for at least 7 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry, and Portuguese Madeira casks, before being bottled at a cask strength of 117.4 proof.
